A sheet with 28 external Data connections (excel file) retrieving employee data, by using VBA code I have tried to refresh the query connection, and after that code needs to execute the rest of the code. while running the macro Excel sheet is not getting refreshed and buffering screen appears till I cancel the session.
The attached status will display until I terminate the session.
but manual refresh is working fine

I think, if manual refresh is working fine, then there might be some issue with vba code that you used for refreshing query, please share your vba code and your screenshot shows the connection is not established successfully and it is keep on trying to connect.☺️
